The Elizabethton Twins are a Minnesota Twins affiliate in the Appalachian League. They play their home games at Joe O'Brien Field in Elizabethton, Tennessee.
Current skipper Ray Smith played on the team in 1977, and has been with the club as a coach or manager since 1987. The Twins were league champs in 2008, the sixth time Smith has led them to a title.
