July 27, 1973: Traded by the Cincinnati Reds with a player to be named later to the St. Louis Cardinals for Ed Crosby and Gene Dusen (minors). The Cincinnati Reds sent Roe Skidmore (September 30, 1973) to the St. Louis Cardinals to complete the trade.
